  • This Website is intended to provide information about the Plano Senior High School 25th Reunion, facilitate sponsorship purchases, and promote reunion ticket sales.

2. Payments & Transactions

A. Sponsorship Purchases

  • Sponsorships may be purchased through HubSpot Payment Links, which generate a checkout page hosted by HubSpot. Payments are securely processed by Stripe through HubSpot’s integration with Stripe.

  • By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service (https://stripe.com/legal) and any applicable HubSpot policies.

  • All sponsorship sales are final unless otherwise stated on the Website.

B. Reunion Ticket Sales

  • Reunion tickets are sold and processed exclusively through Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Eventbrite’s Terms of Service, which can be found at https://www.eventbrite.com/l/terms.

  • We receive ticket purchaser data from Eventbrite to manage our contact lists and avoid sending promotional emails to those who have already purchased tickets.

 

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Sponsorships: Due to the nature of sponsorship packages, all sales are final unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions, please contact us at sponsorship@planoclassof2000.com.

  • Reunion Tickets: Refunds and cancellations for reunion tickets are subject to Eventbrite’s refund policy, and we do not handle direct ticket refunds.

 

4. Privacy & Data Collection

  • We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Personal information collected via Eventbrite will be used only for reunion-related communications and contact management in HubSpot.

 

5. Third-Party Services & Links

  • This Website may contain links to third-party platforms, including HubSpot Payment Links, Stripe, and Eventbrite.

  • We are not responsible for the terms, privacy policies, or operations of third-party platforms. Please review their respective policies before making transactions.
